1. Are your products wholesale quantity?

No, all of our products on the website are retail quantity at wholesale prices. Wines of the World assures you will have the lowest price and will price match if a lower price is found. If you wish to buy wholesale quantity, please contact Wines of the World and a member of our staff will promptly get back to you.

2. Are your products imported from France?

No, although great number of our products are imported from France, we import from all over the globe, though primarily out of Europe.

3. What if I can't find a specific wine?

No need to worry, Wines of the World has access to thousands of different wines at wholesale prices. Please contact Wines of the World and a member of our team will get back to you.

​Shipping

1. When can I expect my order to be shipped? 

Once the order is placed, your package will be shipped within 2-5 business days depending on the time the order was placed, as well as where its being shipped.

2. What carrier do you use? 

Wines of the World is working closely with UPS and offers ground shipping methods, If you wish to receive your product faster than standard shipping time frame, please contact Wines of the World before placing your order.

 

3. Can I use the carrier of my choice?

No, Wines of the World can only ship your package via UPS.

 

4. Do you ship to PO boxes? 

No, UPS requires a physical address in order to ship an order. Please contact Wines of the World if PO Box is your only option. 

5. How can I know the status of my order?

Wines of the World will send you a notification email once the order has been received, shipped, and delivered at your requested physical address.

 

6. Are your products ship from France? 

No, our wines and champagnes are imported from France, but they are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. All of our inventory is located in Los Angeles, California.

 

Returns

1. Can I return my package? 

Wines of the World does not accept returns. All sales are final. If a bottle is broken during shipping, please contact Wines of the World and a member of our staff will be in contact with you shortly. Our staff have been highly trained to prevent these kind of errors.
