No. All products listed on our website are sold in retail quantities at wholesale-level pricing. If you are interested in purchasing wholesale quantities, please contact us directly.

2. Are your products imported from France?

No. While many of our wines are sourced from France, we import from wine regions across the globe, primarily throughout Europe.

3. What if I can't find a specific wine?

We can source it for you. Wines Of The World has access to thousands of wines at competitive prices. Contact our team and we will assist you.

1. When can I expect my order to be shipped? 

Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days, depending on order timing and destination.

2. What carrier do you use? 

We ship exclusively via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping may be available upon request—please contact us prior to placing your order.

 

3. Can I use the carrier of my choice?

No, Wines of the World can only ship your package via UPS.

 

4. Do you ship to PO boxes? 

No. UPS requires a physical address. Please contact us if a PO Box is your only option.

5. How can I know the status of my order?

You will receive email notifications once your order is received, shipped, and delivered.

 

6. Are your products ship from France? 

No, our wines and champagnes are imported from France, but they are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. All of our inventory is located in Los Angeles, California.

 

Returns

1. Can I return my package? 

All sales are final. Wines Of The World does not accept returns. In the rare event that a bottle is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so our team can assist you.
