Le Bonnezeaux is a sweet wine from a single grape variety, the Chenin. The proximity of the Layon leads to the formation of morning mists favoring the development of botrytis or "noble rot". This element is essential in the development of Bonnezeaux.
Here, the harvest is done by hand for better sorting and selection of berries. All Bonnezeaux are different. All years have different scents and tastes, but all are a perfect balance between concentration and freshness.
