Thoughtfully sourced. Fairly priced. Always evolving.

Champagne
Champagne is a sparkling wine produced exclusively in the Champagne region of France and under strict regulations governed by the Comité Champagne and the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC).

These rules dictate grape varieties, production methods, and aging requirements ensuring the highest standards of quality.

While sparkling wines are made worldwide, only those produced in Champagne under these regulations may bear the name Champagne.
Rose Wines
Rosé wines are celebrated for their vibrant character and versatility.

Produced through maceration or saignée, these wines offer a rounded mouthfeel and expressive aromatics.

Flavor profiles often include fresh berries, citrus, watermelon, rhubarb, and delicate florals with subtle hints of spice.

Typically enjoyed slightly chilled, rosé is perfect for warm weather drinking yet versatile enough to enjoy year round.

Red Wines
Red Wines are produced from dark skinned grape varieties and gain their structure, colour, and complexity from extended contact with grape skins.

Young red wines tend to be vibrant and tannic, while mature wines evolve toward softer textures and earthy, nuanced tones.

Tannins also contribute to the longevity and health related benefits often associated with red wine
